GirishGPO has identified a unique business opportunity within the food industry. Every food-serving outlet is required by law (in most states) to have their dishwashers sanitized and certified every 28 days to maintain cleanliness and sanitary standards. Violations can lead to shutdown of the food-serving outlet.

Through its sister company, Dawn Dishwasher Service Company (Dawn), GirishGPO reaches small, medium, and large restaurants, bars, hotels, motels, and other food outlets to buy or lease commercial dishwashers from GirishGPO-partnered manufacturers along with a mandatory service contract. Existing dishwasher owners may also opt for service contracts.

Dawn is building a highly trained sales force to offer:

• Restaurant supplies, including utensils, from vendor partners
• Cash register software, including AI-generated order-taking for carry-outs
• Lease or sale of Dawn-branded commercial dishwashing machines with service agreements

Dawn will lease or sell dishwashers to 50 food outlets to create a territory. Once a territory is completed, it is sold as a passive investment. All operations are handled by Dawn’s trained teams.

This investment opportunity is suitable for U.S.-based professionals and overseas investors, including residents of Australia, New Zealand, the UK, South Africa, and Canada.

Dawn and GirishGPO plan to hire two qualified sales professionals per state (approximately 70–100 salespeople), targeting nearly one million food outlets nationwide.

Qualified entrepreneurs are required to deposit $5,000 in a lawyer’s escrow to confirm interest. Investors are projected to break even within 2–3 years, followed by strong monthly income in perpetuity.
